We are a one-stop ceramics manufacturer handling everything from raw material blending to finished products in-house.
We specialize in oxide ceramics (alumina, steatite), and produce in-house not only ceramic parts but also products that join ceramics and metal using metalizing technology.
We can also produce unit products, such as emitters and tube furnaces.

Yugyokuen Ceramics is a build-to-order ceramics producer, and we manufacture based on the drawings received from our clients.
We are also able to handle small quantity, large variety orders.
Ceramic products for the vacuum industry
As many of our clients are in the analysis and vacuum industries, we take great care and pride in ensuring the quality and washing of our products.
We use materials blended and rectified in-house. We offer alumina purities of 99% and 99.5%.
Metalized brazed products for the vacuum industry
Using the Mo-Mn metallization method, we are also able to produce ceramics brazed with metal.
This is used in the manufacture of highly airtight parts, such as feed-through and introduction terminals.
In addition, we also offer special sapphire and diamond brazing.
